They discovered that Joseph was not only suffering from hypothermia but also from an internal infestation of parasites, which caused severe diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and weakness.

The veterinary team immediately treated him for parasites, and despite his frail state, Joseph fought to survive from the moment he arrived.

The following day, signs of improvement gave hope to everyone involved.

Although Joseph remained in pain and required IV treatment, which could be uncomfortable, the vets worked diligently to ensure his minimal discomfort and build his trust.

The rescue team soon shared the uplifting news that Joseph was doing remarkably well, crediting their tireless dedication and love for his recovery.
