In a distressing event from Chachoengsao province, Thailand, two Huskies were found locked in a cramped cage behind a house, apparently left there by their owner.

The dogs, named Alice and Tiara, endured this confinement for an entire year, during which time their once robust forms diminished to mere skin and bones. Unfortunately, their cries for help went unanswered.

The owner's justification for this neglect was that the dogs had developed skin issues, which made them appear "frightening."
