In Lanus, Argentina, two boys stumbled upon a heartbreaking sight: a dog, completely covered in thick tar, lying helplessly on the street.

Whether he had fallen into tar by accident or was cruelly thrown in by someone, his suffering was undeniable. The dog was in desperate need of help, and the boys acted quickly, taking him to the Zoonosis Lanus shelter.
