Yan's devotion has led him to rescue and care for over 2,000 stray dogs. Though the cost has been great—draining nearly all of his personal wealth—he remains unwavering.

At his shelter, dogs not only find safety but also receive proper food, medical care, and, when possible, loving adoptive homes.
