Bolo now spends every day at work with Marfil and goes home with her at night. His happiness over being adopted was clear during a shopping trip to PetSmart, where he eagerly selected collars and toys.

In a special ceremony, Bolo was named Hopkinsville's honorary "Paw-trol Officer," cementing his position as a beloved member of the office.

Marfil jokes that visitors are more interested in seeing Bolo than herself, and many bring him treats, which he enjoys immensely.
